Well, I have been running well- I'll see if that keeps up tomorrow since I woke up feeling awful today. Really going to try and keep a log of food so here's today:
B: tea, cheerios
S: bagel, cr. ch.
S: apple
L: tortilla
S: apple
S: muffin from Ed.
D: chicken noodle soup with mustard greens added to it, strawberries, banana, walnuts, almonds, milk, orange juice, vitamin c!
