I'm sitting here trying to remember what I ate for dinner yesterday and I can't remember. Oh, I just remembered...oats. Hmm, I need to do better on eating real food. I ran yesterday with George so I was pretty tired today. We did the 5 mile loop from SPHS with a stop at Psych. So probably like 4.5 and .5 miles. Think it was about 8:30 pace. Whew, too fast for me.
This morning we planned on getting about 6 miles in before the rain, but Larissa and I were really tired so we ended up only doing about 5 (that's a big estimate rounding up!). Rachel ran with us since she was coming off of recovery from Tecumseh. Good run, but I'm tired now! Lots to do this weekend, probably taking tomorrow completely off. I might go to the gym...swim or weights?
