Let's see....an update:
Been running super strong, feeling like 4:15 was totally attainable with another month of training. Ran 16 with Larissa on Saturday and let her do 3 more at the end. For some reason, I just felt like I shouldn't be tiring myself out too much....Fast forward to Monday afternoon..........Kenya calls me and offers me her race bib for Chicago (in 6 days). I go back and forth since I was planning on another month of training. But I'm doing it. I ran 3 miles on Monday and may run 1 or 2 on Thursday or Friday.
I hope I'm ready...enough. And not too tired from not properly tapering. Yikes!
